5 Bedroom Villa in Benidorm

Detached villa with private pool in quiet residential location about 3 km from Benidorm, towards the Theme and Water parks. The villa is on an interior road so has no passing traffic.
During the summer season the owner rents out her well furnished and equipped family home which has five bedrooms (3 doubles and 2 twins) with 3 bathrooms and a large lounge/diner. The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc .There is a covered terrace for outside dining and it also boasts an outdoor bar with barbecue and wood oven.
One of the twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower is on the ground floor, and a ramp around the back of the villa allows car access also to the ground level, so it is suitable for use by somebody who has difficulty with stairs. This car access is also useful for unloading luggage and heavy shopping direct into the kitchen.
There is no air conditioning although electric fans are provided in each room. The covered terrace for dining is well positioned to take advantage of any sea breezes.
The property sits in 2500m2 of enclosed land with maintained garden and trees, with large sun terrace around the pool.

Summary: We have had a lovely time in the villa the outside space is great which is what we really wanted. The pool is great and cleaned regularly with lovely sun loungers and outdoor kitchen. The property is very Spanish in style, maybe a little dated but it was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need for a 2 week stay. I would say the only down side was the fan situation two wasn’t working when we arrived but Bob the manager came straight up to bring us replacements. A few of the fans could do with an update we did end up buying an additional two from the supermarket for €38 each which made our stay a lot more comfortable without these we would have found it impossible to sleep. Being from the UK we are not use to the heat! They was however worth every penny. The villa is in great location if you want to stay out of town but still have access if you want it. It was a little far for most of the party to walk however one family member did and it took him around 50 minutes - 1 hour each time. Taxi are easy to book costing on average around €13 each way. We did have a little car between us for supermarket runs but you could easily do this via taxi. Bob the host was great and was happy to answer all my questions before we arrived he even went shopping for us before we arrived as we arrived late at night.
